Belle Enfant is a lifestyle fashion brand for infants built for everyday luxury, based in France. Simple and stylish clothes made for children and babies made from natural, sustainable materials.
The client wanted a slick, modern and clean website design to enable their clients to easily buy products. I worked closely with with the client to understand the company/user needs, design the website, create copy, update product imagery and handle any other issues/questions they had. With new season/stock releases every few weeks I worked with the client consistently as part of ongoing site maintenance.
The goal of the project was to create a clean e-commerce website that enabled users to easily buy clothing for their babies and children. Like any e-commerce website the core focus was around product placement and encouraging users to complete a sale.
The overall process was tailored around the client and their needs. It was important to communicate constantly through out the project so clients understood what needed to be done from our side and their side to get the website launched by the deadline date. I spent a lot of time at the start of the project in the discovery stage to understand:
- The business and industry the client website was going to be in
- The target market and what users' were going to use the website
- The main aim and goal of the website
